For 26 years, Grand Meridian Estate has stood as an exclusive name in luxury real estate, representing exceptional properties, distinction and private ownership.

In a landmark acquisition valued at US$700 million, Keshri Industries, owned by Shri Raju Keshri, acquired Grand Meridian Estate.

Following the acquisition, Shri Raju Keshri, owner of Keshri Industries and father of Himanshu Kapoor, gifted the estate to his son on his birthday.

Himanshu Kapoor, Managing Director of Keshri Industries, subsequently became the steward of Grand Meridian Estate.

What began as a remarkable acquisition became something more personal — a father’s gift to his son and the beginning of a new chapter in the story of Grand Meridian Estate.

Today, Grand Meridian Estate continues under the stewardship of Himanshu Kapoor, Chairman, with a vision centred upon extraordinary estates, discretion, rarity and distinction.
